'MY POCKET COLLECTIONS' (2014) ATTEMPTS TO BESTOW VALUE ONTO EVERYDAY SCRAP OBJECTS THROUGH THEIR CLASSIFICATION AND DISPLAY. THE WORK FEATURES 10 COLLECTIONS, WITH ACCOMPANYING PHOTOGRAPHS TO PRESENT THE VIEWER WITH AN INSIGHT INTO HOARDING AND OCD TENDENCIES.

'CABINET OF CURIOSITIES' (2014) BRINGS TOGETHER ALL THE COLLECTIONS WHICH ARE USED TO CREATE WORK AS WELL AS OTHERS. IT EXAMINES NOTIONS OF ARCHIVE AND HOARDING AS WELL AS OBSESSIVE ORDERING THROUGH PERSONAL AND NARRATIVE PRESENTATION.

'TODAY'S WALLS' (2013) BRINGS TOGETHER A CULMINATION OF PRINTS RECREATING GRAFFITI FOUND BY MYSELF AND OTHERS. I HAVE SELECTIVELY CHOSEN THE TEXTS TO BEST DESCRIBE MY VIEW OF SOCIETY.

'PONDER' (2013)IS AN AESTHETIC RESPONSE TO MY OWN SPACE. BECOMING EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO WORK CREATES A LINK WHICH IS SOMETIMES UNHEALTHY. THESE PIECES AIM TO REFLECT THE PART OF MYSELF WHICH IS LEFT IN A PIECE OF WORK UPON ITS COMPLETION.

'SCRATCHES' (2013) IS A SERIES OF EXPERIMENTAL WORK MADE IN THE PROCESS OF DISCOVERING THE MOST PLEASING AESTHETICS.

'EVERYDAY DESCRIPTIONS' (2014) DEPICTS THE WAY IN WHICH EVERYDAY OBJECTS ARE USED IN EVERYDAY LIFE. EACH PERSON HAS A DIFFERENT KNOWLEDGE OF AN OBJECT, AND THOUGH MOST CORRELATE IT IS INTERESTING TO LEARN ABOUT HOW SOMEONE USES SOMETHING, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE OBJECT IN QUESTION, AND ITS USE, IS RARELY SPOKEN ABOUT IN NORMAL CONVERSATION.

THE FINAL LETTER.

'THE FINAL LETTER' (2013) INSPIRED BY JOHN KEATS' FINAL LETTER TO HIS LOVER FANNY BRAWNE. THE PIECE ATTEMPTS TO BRING FORWARD POETIC LANGUAGE INTO A CONTEMPORARY ART SETTING RATHER THAN LITERARY, AS WELL REMINDING CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY ABOUT THE LANGUAGE OF THE PAST.

WALLS.

'WALLS' (2013) WAS THE FIRST PIECE OF WORK MADE IN RESPONSE TO GRAFFITI IN TERMS OF INSTALLATION. THE WORK EXAMINES THE VALUE WHICH ANONYMITY HAS WITHIN TODAY'[S CULTURE BY EXAMINING THE SNAPSHOTS OF THOUGHT THAT PEOPLE LEAVE BEHIND WHEN THEY CANNOT BE REACHED FROM IT.

'COLLECTION TAGS' (2013) BRINGS TOGETHER VARIOUS SMALL FOUND OBJECTS INTO ONE PIECE IN THE HOPE OF ADDING VALUE TO THE THINGS WHICH WE CALL REFUSE.

NE M'OUBLIE PAS AMOUREUX.

'NE M'OUBIE PAS AMOUREUX' (2012) IS AN INSTALLATION OF 4 POEMS, 2 SEPERATE POEMS TRANSLATED INTO BOTH ENGLISH AND FRENCH. THE PIECE AIMED TO COMBAT MY FEELING OF CONSTANT TRANSLATION HAVING MOVED FROM FRANCE AS A CHILD AND STILL FINDING IT HARD AT TIMES TO ACCEPT MY PITTFALLS IN TERMS OF LEARNING ENGLISH.

'THE FEMALE PROTAGONIST' (2012). THE INSTALLATION FEATURED THE VOICES OF KEY FEMALE PROTAGONISTS IN CLASSIC LITERATURE. THE QUOTATIONS SPOKEN WERE IN TURN SPOKEN BY MEN, TO ILLUSTRATE THE WAY IN WHICH WOMEN CAN BE SEEN TO HAVE BEEN ABUSED BY THE MALE AUTHORS WHICH CREATED THEM.
